AutopilotAI Tech LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates CallRescue at callrescue.pro and provides AI phone agent services for home service contractors. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information across our website and phone agent services.
Website visitors: We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, business type, and location when you fill out our contact form or book a discovery call.
Phone callers: When someone calls a phone number managed by our AI phone agent service, we may collect:
Calls handled by our AI phone agent may be recorded for quality assurance and service delivery purposes. Callers are informed at the beginning of each call with an automated disclosure: "This call may be recorded for quality purposes." By continuing the call after this disclosure, the caller consents to recording.
Our phone agents use artificial intelligence to answer calls, qualify inquiries, book appointments, and route emergencies on behalf of our contractor clients. Callers interact with an AI-powered system. If asked directly, the AI agent will identify itself as an AI assistant. Emergency calls are transferred to a live technician.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Call recordings, transcripts, and caller data are stored securely using encrypted databases. OAuth tokens for calendar integrations are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Access to caller data is limited to the contractor whose phone number was called and to AutopilotAI Tech LLC for service delivery.
Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies.
We may use privacy-first analytics tools (such as Plausible Analytics) to understand how visitors use our website. These tools do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites.
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days unless our contractor client requests a longer retention period. Website contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the inquiry. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
