Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

By accessing callrescue.pro or engaging AutopilotAI Tech LLC for services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

AutopilotAI Tech LLC provides AI-powered phone agent services for contractor businesses, including inbound call answering, lead qualification, appointment booking, emergency call routing, follow-up messaging, and call summary notifications. The specific scope and pricing for each engagement are defined before work begins.

Service Packages

Services are offered as monthly subscriptions. A one-time setup fee may apply (currently waived as a limited-time promotion). Packages include:

Setup and Onboarding

Each new client engagement includes a setup phase (typically 1–2 business days for standard plans; up to 5 business days for custom configurations) during which we configure the AI phone agent, purchase a local phone number, integrate with your calendar, and test the system. The one-time setup fee (currently waived as a limited-time promotion) covers this work.

Payment

Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing period. Specific payment terms are outlined in each client's service agreement.

Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts or early termination fees. Upon cancellation, we will provide a full export of your call data and deactivate the phone agent.

Data Ownership

You own all data generated by the phone agent on your behalf, including call recordings, transcripts, caller information, and appointment records. Upon cancellation or request, we will provide a complete data export. We retain no ownership over your business data.

Call Recording and AI Disclosure

All calls handled by the AI phone agent are preceded by an automated disclosure that the call may be recorded for quality purposes. This disclosure is legally required in certain states (including Florida, which requires all-party consent). By using our service, you agree that this disclosure will be included in your AI agent's greeting. It is your responsibility to consult with legal counsel regarding recording consent requirements in your jurisdiction.

AI Interaction

Callers interact with an AI-powered phone agent, not a human receptionist. The AI agent will identify itself as an AI assistant if asked directly. Emergency calls are transferred to a live person (your designated on-call technician). AutopilotAI Tech LLC is not responsible for actions taken by callers based on information provided by the AI agent.

Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime for the phone agent service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, third-party provider outages (Vapi, Twilio, Google), or unforeseen technical issues. We will notify you promptly of any significant service disruptions.

Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for:

Limitation of Liability

AutopilotAI Tech LLC (operator of CallRescue) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue from missed calls, incorrect bookings, or AI agent errors. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
